Well, as you are aware by now, this is my journey of being a Plantito. And I want to share it with you - whether you like it or not. Lol.
Being a starting Plantito all you need to do is to scout for the plants online - the best buy ones. Due to its demand, most plants are now usually pricey compare to the prior years when doing houseplants is purely a hobby.
Now, it is a statement. A lifestyle. A luxury.
So I was browsing Lazada and Shopee at once for good buys. I always wanted a Rubber Tree Lemon Lime starting when a friend - a trying hard (lol) Plantita bragging her Lemon Lime. She bought it for only Php 250, oh well she scammed the seller. Lol.
Then lo and behold. I found very cheap Lemon Lime listed in Shopee. It's only Php 599, to think its regular prices range from Php 1,100 to Php 2,000. So, without further ado, I placed my order not knowing if Shopee will scammed me. Lol.
Haven't tried Shopee before. I'm a die-hard Lazada customer like every week I have an order. A LEX rider knew me well, he would frequently knock at our door-step, "Sir may delivery po kayo".
Now, going back to my Shopee experience. Well, I can say it was a smooth transaction. The item was delivered after three days. I have received the item in good condition. The plant is healthy. And the courier was accommodating and nice. He was the oldest rider I've seen, maybe in his middle of sixties. He was chubby and has this aura that seeing him for the first time would give you an initial liking.
I was sleeping when he called and already within my area. It was almost 30 minutes before I checked my phone and he got series of messages. He was nice enough letting me know that he will come back knowing he's already somewhere far.
