So I bought a box of Mak Tumang facemask just because I saw the ads when I was checking my Instagram. The Verde (green) collection looks enticing. I want to channel the Plantito in me. Yeah, I'm starting to grow a houseplant, quarantine hobby - you know. Lol. Of course, you know him? Oh really? Seriously!
Well, he rose to fame with his Lava gown inspired by the Mayon Volcano worn by 2018 Miss Universe Catriona Gray at the finale night.
And because we are in a new normal state being in a pandemic, it is only right to change our ways and habits too. One of the must-have accessories these days is facemasks.
Well, it is required by the authority whenever you go out, or else reprimanded. Battling the Coronavirus (Covid-19) is all about self-discipline anyway.
Now, let's talk about the Mak Tumang face masks. The Verde Box is one of the collections of his facemasks currently available in the market. One of them is the famous LAVA box inspired by Catriona's lava gown when she competed in the 2018 Miss Universe pageant.
Since I'm a plantito wannabe, I picked the Verder box. It is a set of four masks with three varying microphotographs of a leaf and one weave print. Personal impression, I thought it looks like a bra. Particularly, bras that are usually worn by old women or those of the likes of Senyora (lol). Someone who never lucky enough for that much-needed bosom. Lol. It is a three-ply mask, t's kind of thick with paddings and all. Overall impression. I think it's okay if you want to be bold and carefree. Oh well, it's chick, the color is wow. So yeah, it's like wearing a mask with a style.
